📋 Biography
Md. Fazlul Kader is the 12th Managing Director of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), Bangladesh's apex development institution for poverty alleviation through employment generation. He took office on 10 December 2024 for a three-year term, succeeding the previous Managing Director. PKSF was formally established on 13 November 1989 by the Government of Bangladesh and works through a network of more than 223 Partner Organizations (POs) across all 64 districts of Bangladesh, reaching approximately 20 million beneficiaries including the extremely poor, ethno-culturally and socio-economically disadvantaged people, and microentrepreneurs.
