Full Guide
RFQs (Request for Quotes) are the primary way buyers inquire about your products. When a buyer sends an RFQ, you receive an email + in-app notification. You can respond with your quoted price, lead time, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery terms.
The RFQ system supports: direct RFQs (buyer sends to you specifically), open RFQs (buyer posts publicly, you can apply), and auto-matched RFQs (system matches your products to buyer requirements).
You can also send Trade Offers within conversations — structured offers with product, quantity, unit price, lead time, incoterm, payment terms, and validity. Buyers can Accept, Reject, or Counter your offer.
Tip: Respond within 24 hours for best results. Suppliers who respond within 6 hours win 60% more awards. Your response time is tracked and displayed on your scorecard.
