Verification is the key to building buyer trust. Verified suppliers get a green checkmark badge on their profile, appear higher in search results, and receive 3x more RFQs than unverified suppliers.
To get verified, submit: your Trade License, Export Registration Certificate (ERC), TIN certificate, and any industry certifications (ISO 9001, WRAP, BSCI, OEKO-TEX, etc.). Our admin team reviews submissions within 3-5 business days.
There are 3 verification levels: Level 1 (Basic — trade license verified), Level 2 (Standard — trade license + ERC + TIN), Level 3 (Premium — all documents + factory audit). Higher levels unlock more features and better visibility.
Verification is free for all suppliers. Paid membership (Gold $100/yr, Diamond $500/yr) unlocks additional features like priority listing, sponsored placement, and advanced analytics.

Do-This Checklist
- Navigate to Verification Center in your supplier portal
- Upload your Trade License (PDF or image)
- Upload your ERC (Export Registration Certificate)
- Upload your TIN certificate
- Upload any industry certifications (ISO, WRAP, etc.)
- Wait for admin review (3-5 business days)
- Once approved, your profile gets the verified badge
Common Pitfalls to Avoid
- Uploading blurry or expired documents — will be rejected
- Not uploading ERC — limits verification to Level 1 only
- Forgetting to renew annual certifications — badge may be removed
