Md. Fazlul Kader

Md. Fazlul Kader is the 12th Managing Director of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), Bangladesh's apex development institution for poverty alleviation through employment generation. He took office on 10 December 2024 for a three-year term, succeeding the previous Managing Director. PKSF was formally established on 13 November 1989 by the Government of Bangladesh and works through a network of more than 223 Partner Organizations (POs) across all 64 districts of Bangladesh, reaching approximately 20 million beneficiaries including the extremely poor, ethno-culturally and socio-economically disadvantaged people, and microentrepreneurs.

🏛️ PKSF: An Apex Development Institution

PKSF is an apex development institution established by the Government of Bangladesh, working through an integrated network of Partner Organizations (POs) to realize its vision of poverty-free Bangladesh. The foundation provides financial assistance and institutional development support to appropriate organizations for implementing sustainable inclusive financial programs aimed at reducing poverty through creating productive employment opportunities for:
