Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA) is one of the largest trade bodies in Bangladesh, affiliated with the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). It was established in 1984 to cater to the needs of licensed recruiting agencies that promote the manpower market abroad and deploy unemployed Bangladeshi manpower in foreign countries. Currently BAIRA has about 2000 Government Approved Recruiting Agents as its members.
