Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA)

Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA) is one of the largest trade bodies in Bangladesh, affiliated with the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). Established in 1984, BAIRA serves as the key organization representing licensed recruiting agencies that facilitate the deployment of Bangladeshi manpower to international markets. With approximately 2,000 government-approved recruiting agents as members, BAIRA plays a pivotal role in promoting Bangladesh's manpower export sector and addressing unemployment through overseas employment opportunities. The association works to ensure ethical recruitment practices, protect the rights of migrant workers, and enhance the global competitiveness of Bangladesh's human resources.
