Association of Mobile Telecom Operators of Bangladesh (AMTOB)

Association of Mobile Telecom Operators of Bangladesh (AMTOB) is a national trade body representing all mobile telecom operators in Bangladesh, established in 2001 as a non-government society. AMTOB has emerged as the official voice for the Bangladesh mobile industry and its membership is comprised of all cellular operators — Banglalink, Citycell, Grameenphone, Robi, and Teletalk. The association plays a crucial role in policy advocacy, industry standards development, and representing the collective interests of mobile operators before regulatory bodies. AMTOB facilitates dialogue between operators, government agencies, and other stakeholders to foster a conducive environment for the growth of Bangladesh's mobile telecommunications sector.
