About CodeConfig

CodeConfig is a Bangladesh-based software company that builds commercial WordPress plugins and Shopify apps. Founded in 2023 by full-stack developer Jakirul Islam and headquartered in Pabna, the company focuses on creating affordable, high-performance tools that simplify website management for WordPress and Shopify users. Its stated mission is to simplify the web experience by offering powerful, affordable tools that enhance functionality, improve user experience, and make managing a website effortless. The company's product catalogue spans six commercial offerings, most of which are distributed on the WordPress.org plugin repository and through its own storefront. Flagship plugins include Integration for Google Drive (1,000+ active users), CodeConfig File Manager for Dropbox (500+ active users), Dusky Dark Mode (200+ active users), and the accessibility plugin Accessiy (100+ active users). Newer releases such as Woo Essential (a WooCommerce add-ons suite) and a Shopify Announcement Bar app signal an expansion from pure WordPress plugins into the Shopify ecosystem. CodeConfig is a small team of around six people covering WordPress/PHP plugin development, React development, and UI/UX design. It claims customers in 190+ countries, 30,000+ free downloads, and over 99% customer satisfaction. The company sells through Freemius and maintains active support, documentation, and an affiliate program. While its product traction is credible for its size, there is no visible information about external funding, awards, or enterprise clients.
