Syed Nasim Manzur is the Managing Director of Apex Footwear Ltd, Bangladesh's largest footwear exporter. He was elected President of the Footwear Leathergoods & Accessories Exporters Association (FLAXA, formerly LFMEAB) for the 2025-2027 term.

FLAXA represents the leather, leathergoods, and footwear export sector of Bangladesh, one of the country's key export industries. The association was rebranded from LFMEAB to FLAXA at its 22nd Annual General Meeting.

Under Manzur's leadership, Apex Footwear has become one of Bangladesh's most successful export-oriented manufacturing companies. The leather and footwear sector is a priority export sector for Bangladesh, with significant growth potential in global markets.
