The Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC) is an apex body representing companies listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE). BAPLC advocates for the interests of publicly listed companies, promotes good corporate governance, supports capital market development, and serves as a collective voice for the listed company sector in policy dialogues with the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), stock exchanges, and other regulatory bodies. The association is currently led by President Rupali Haque Chowdhury, who also serves as Managing Director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited and President of the Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).
